Verdi, it seems, was deeply jealous of Chopin’s vodka, and immediately demanded his own alcoholic beverage. Thing is, Chopin = Polish = vodka makes sense to me. Shouldn’t it be, I don’t know… Verdi = Italian = amaretto or something? And then, say, Debussy gets his own champagne?
Kudos on the tiny bottle, though, signore.
